1. Services and Appointments
Select Wash provides automotive detailing, paint enhancement and correction, ceramic coatings, and related appearance services by appointment. Services and availability depend on the vehicle, its condition, and the agreed scope of work.
2. Booking and Confirmation
Customers may submit booking or estimate requests through our website and Jobber. A request requiring review is not confirmed until we accept it. Direct online bookings are subject to the confirmation shown in the booking process. We may ask for additional vehicle information or an inspection before quoting specialized services.
3. Pricing and Estimates
Published prices are starting or standard rates unless otherwise specified. Vehicle size, condition, contamination, and requested work may affect the final quote. We will explain material changes and seek approval before performing additional chargeable work.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Deposits
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We do not currently establish a standard cancellation fee, no-show fee, or mandatory deposit through these website terms. Any future fee or deposit requirement must be separately disclosed and agreed to before it applies.
5. Vehicle Preparation
Please remove valuables, cash, sensitive documents, firearms, and fragile belongings before service. Tell us about known damage, loose trim, electrical issues, leaks, aftermarket parts, repainting, or other conditions that could affect service.
6. Existing Conditions and Results
We may document existing paint defects, wear, stains, damage, and other conditions. Some scratches, odors, oxidation, staining, or other imperfections may not be fully removable, and some defects may become more noticeable after cleaning. We will discuss material limitations when identified.
7. Paint Correction and Ceramic Coatings
Paint correction and ceramic coating results depend on the vehicle's condition, previous work, and maintenance. Perfect paint or permanent protection is not guaranteed. Any XPEL or other manufacturer warranty is governed by its actual written terms, registration requirements, exclusions, and maintenance conditions; specific coverage should be confirmed before service.
8. Payment and Pickup
Payment is due as stated on the approved estimate or invoice. We will communicate when a vehicle is ready for pickup where practical. Please inspect completed work promptly and let us know about any concerns.
9. Service Concerns and Responsibility
If you believe work was incomplete or improperly performed, contact us promptly so we can review the concern and discuss an appropriate resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Website and Third-Party Services
We work to keep website information current, but services, availability, and prices may change. Jobber and payment providers may have separate terms that apply to their platforms. An accepted written estimate and any agreed service-specific terms govern the particular job, subject to applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable Texas law, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
